Founder & Lead Yoga Teacher
Jannah Abueza is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and teacher trainer who has been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2018. Guided by lovingkindness and compassion, she offers a calm, supportive approach that balances clear instruction with genuine warmth. Her spaces are designed for real humans: a place to be curious, move slowly, learn safely, and return again and again without needing to get it perfect. Students often describe her as both inspiring and grounding—someone who builds community, holds emotions with care, and helps you leave with more confidence, clarity, and steadiness to live what you practice.
