Live Online Yoga Sessions

A steady practice, guided in real time, from wherever you are

These are live, private yoga sessions held over Google Meet—simple, supportive, and shaped around what you need today. Whether you're looking to build strength, soften tension, or come home to your breath, we'll practice in a way that meets you where you are.

A practice designed around you

Before we begin, we'll take a moment to check in. I'll ask:

  • How are you feeling today?
  • Is there anything you'd like to focus on—energy, stress relief, strength, flexibility, rest?
  • Are there any injuries, pain, or sensitive areas I should know about?
  • Are there any postures you want to explore or understand more clearly?

From there, I'll create a sequence that supports your body and your intention—so your practice feels both personal and grounded.

Your teacher

Hi, I'm Jannah. I've been practicing since 2013 and teaching since 2018.

My approach is clear, practical, and responsive—offering structure and choice, so you can practice with steadiness and care.

Choose the style that fits your day

Vinyasa
A flowing, dynamic practice that builds strength, mobility, and focus—often described as rhythmic, breath-led movement.

Yin
Longer-held, passive postures (typically 3–5 minutes) to support deep release, recovery, and nervous system downshifting.

Hatha
A steady, breath-centered practice with poses held for at least a few rounds of breath. Often called "beginner" in modern yoga, but truly foundational for all levels.

If you're not sure what you need, that's okay

Some days, the most helpful thing is simply being guided.

If you're unsure what to practice, I'll lead a balanced 60-minute session that includes:

  • grounding and centering
  • pranayama (breathwork)
  • asana (poses that move the body through the five movements of the spine and support major muscle groups)
  • meditation and relaxation

Practice together

These sessions can be shared with your wife (or partner). Practicing together can be a meaningful way to build rhythm, support, and connection—while still receiving personalized guidance.
